The 2 left-most columns (GRB) are the date and time of the start of the Event.

The next 9 columns contain: the ID number assigned to this event, the RA,Dec (J2000) location of the center of the annulus, the Time Window (sec), the Event Duration (sec), the Radius (deg) of the annulus, the Width (arcmin, stat+sys) of the annulus, and Comments about this event. If a column's information is not available or is not applicable, then that entry is listed as "n/a".
