COMMENTS:         RXTE WILL observe this LOCBURST GRB location.  
COMMENTS:         The RXTE observation will start at 97/09/26 03:05:49.00 UT.  
COMMENTS:         RXTE is going to scan 6(R.A.) x 8(Dec.) deg. region  
COMMENTS:         The observation efficiency is terribly bad, which is  
COMMENTS:         about 30 min/orbit. So we use 2 orbits to scan  
COMMENTS:         4 deg x 6 deg region.  Observation startsat 03:13   
COMMENTS:         and ends at 05:10.   Due to the unlucky time phase  
COMMENTS:         of commanding opportunity and good time interval,  
COMMENTS:         response time of this observation is about 4.2 hr.
