COMMENTS:        The location has shifted 0.3deg and the error  
COMMENTS:        has decreased by a factor of two.  
COMMENTS:        Please note:  THIS IS AN ASM LOCALIZATION.  
COMMENTS:        It is not a normal PCA observation.  This notice  
COMMENTS:        format is being used for this ASM GRB detection  
COMMENTS:        and localization.  
COMMENTS:        The error box (90% containment) is described by the  
COMMENTS:        RA,Dec values (J2000) for the four corners:  
COMMENTS:        241.65, 81.46; 242.71, 81.56;  
COMMENTS:        242.04, 81.52; 242.32, 81.50.  
COMMENTS:        The error box is about 0.2deg in length in RA  
COMMENTS:        and 0.1deg in width in Dec.  
COMMENTS:        Questions about this detection and localization
