COMMENTS:      RXTE scanned a box based on the GCN/RBR/LOCBURST location.
COMMENTS:      The box was +/-3deg in RA and +/-2deg in Dec.
COMMENTS:      A source was detected in 2 of the scan passes
COMMENTS:      at 22:09 and 22:13 UT (97/06/16).
COMMENTS:      The intersection of the RXTE 90% confidence ellipse and
COMMENTS:      the IPN annulus yields the following four corners:
COMMENTS:      19.83,-5.57; 19.80,-5.67; 19.55,-5.25; 19.58,-5.15 (J2000).
COMMENTS:      There is no cataloged source of the same (or greater) intensity
COMMENTS:      in this box.
COMMENTS:      Another RXTE scanning observation to look for variability
COMMENTS:      is scheduled to start at 00:00 UT (97/06/18).
