The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 342.5, Dec = 46.4 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 22h 49m, 46d 23'), with a statistical uncertainty of 1.0 degrees. The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 71.0 degrees. Greiner (all MPE Garching) report: The public trigdat data of the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) trigger 581337762 at 10:42:37 on 04 June 2019 were automatically fitted for spectrum and sky location with BALROG (Burgess et al. 2018, MNRAS 476, 1427; Berlato et al. 2019, ApJ 873, 60). The best-fit position (1 sigma statistical errors) is: RA(2000.0) = 341.1+/-1.1 deg Decl.(2000.0) = 44.4+/-1.0 deg We estimate an additional systematic error of 2 deg. Vadawale (PRL) report on behalf of the AstroSat CZTI collaboration: Analysis of AstroSat CZTI data showed the detection of a long GRB 190604A, which was also detected by Fermi GBM (GCN #24739), BALROG localization (Biltzinger B. et al., GCN #24740) and Global MASTER-Net (Lipunov V. et al., GCN #24741). The source was clearly detected in the 40-200 keV energy range. The light curve shows multiple pulses of emission with the strongest peak at 10:42:41.5 UT. The measured peak count rate associated with the burst is 874 cts/s above the background in the combined data of four quadrants, with a total of 5755 cts. The local mean background count rate was 508 cts/s. Using cumulative rates, we measure a T90 of 13.55 s. In preliminary analysis, we find that 460 Compton events are associated with this event. It was also clearly detected in the CsI anticoincidence (Veto) detector in the 100-500 keV energy range. CZTI GRB detections are reported regularly on the payload site at http://astrosat.iucaa.in/czti/?q=grb. CZTI is built by a TIFR-led consortium of institutes across India, including VSSC, ISAC, IUCAA, SAC and PRL. Zhang (IHEP), report on behalf of the Insight-HXMT team: At 2019-06-04T10:42:38.00 (T0), Insight-HXMT/HE detected GRB 190604A (trigger ID: HEB190604446) in a routine search of the data, which was also triggered by Fermi/GBM (GCN #24739). The Insight-HXMT/HE light curve mainly consists of multiple pulses with a duration (T90) of 6.37 s measured from T0+0.34 s. The 1-ms peak rate, measured from T0+2.82 s, is 1963 cnts/sec. The total counts from this burst is 6908 counts. Only gamma-rays with energy greater than about 200 keV can penetrate the spacecraft and leave signals in the CsI detectors installed inside of the telescope.
