Single pulse with substructure. COMMENTS: Visible above 300 keV. COMMENTS: Strong Cygnus X-1 fluctuations before and after the burst. This IPN localization is preliminary. The "total width" of the annulus was selected to include all known uncertainties and systematics. The final analysis will reduce this width. All follow-up queries should be addressed to Kevin Hurley (UC Berkeley, khurley@sunspot.ssl.berkeley.edu). This IPN annulus is tabulated below along the segment that intersects a combination of the Huntsville and BACODINE error circles. The position of maximum probability is marked.
