COMMENTS:       VERY STRONG. TWO PULSES, THE 1ST STARTS AT T-1SEC WITH DUR.~8SEC.
COMMENTS:       THE SECOND PULSE BEGINS AT THE END OF THE FIRST, BUT DOES NOT
COMMENTS:       GO BACK TO BACKGROUND BEFORE IT STARTS.  DUR. OF THE SECOND
COMMENTS:       ~300SEC.  THE SECOND HAS A SHARP RISE WITH STRUCTURE IN THE
COMMENTS:       DECAY.  VISIBLE ABOVE 300KEV.  SECOND PULSE IS MUCH STRONGER
COMMENTS:       THAN THE FIRST.

This IPN localization is preliminary.  The "total width" of the annulus
was selected to include all known uncertainties and systematics.  The final
analysis will reduce this width.  All follow-up queries should be addressed to

SPECIAL NOTES:   1) This is a very bright and fluent burst.
                 2) This burst was bright enough to be seen by TGRS and was
                    near the ecliptic plane, so TGRS was able to localize
                    this burst to an 8x8deg error box which coincides to within
                    3deg the BATSE location.

This IPN annulus is tabulated below along the segment that intersects
a combination of the Huntsville and BACODINE error circles.  The position
of maximum probability is marked.
