This IPN localization is preliminary.  The "total width" of the annulus
was selected to include all known uncertainties and systematics.  The final
analysis will reduce this width.  All follow-up queries should be addressed to

SPECIAL NOTES:  The Original BACODINE position was about 20deg from the IPN arc.
                The MAXBC position was about 5deg from the arc.

This IPN annulus is tabulated below along the segment that intersects
a combination of the Huntsville and BACODINE error circles.  The position
of maximum probability is marked.
