COMMENTS:       Duration ~25sec. Single pulse with substructure. Seen above 300keV.

This IPN localization is preliminary.  The "total width" of the annulus
was selected to include all known uncertainties and systematics.  The final
analysis will reduce this width.  All follow-up queries should be addressed to

SPECIAL NOTES:  This is the first notice that has the 2nd of 3 stages
                of automation implimented.  The 1st stage was the automated
                capture and sending of the BATSE light curve to K.Hurley.
                The 2nd stage involves automated programs to import that
                light curve, search & cross-correlate with the Ulysses data, 
                generate the IPN triangulation, and then e-mail it back to
                BACODINE.  (FYI: The soon to be implimented 3rd stage will
                be the automated generation of the arc segments from the
                IPN annuli and these e-mail notices.)

This IPN annulus is tabulated below along the segment that intersects
a combination of the Huntsville and BACODINE error circles.  The position
of maximum probability is marked.
