COMMENTS:       Two pulses, total duration ~20sec.

This IPN localization is preliminary.  The "total width" of the annulus
was selected to include all known uncertainties and systematics.  The final
analysis will reduce this width.  All follow-up queries should be addressed to

SPECIAL NOTES:  This Final notice, which closely follows the Original notice
                released yesterday, now contains the Huntsville location
                which is only 1.2 degrees from the IPN arc.

This IPN annulus is tabulated below along the segment that intersects
a combination of the BACODINE and Huntsville error circles.  The position
of maximum probability is marked.
