COMMENTS:       BACODINE only got the first 4 sec of the burst before a TM gap.

This IPN localization is preliminary.  The "total width" of the annulus
was selected to include all known uncertainties and systematics.  The final
analysis will reduce this width.  All follow-up queries should be addressed to

SPECIAL NOTES:   This is an "original" notice at T+20hrs!  And since there
is no HUntsville location at this early stage, the "max prob" location is
determined by the BACODINE original and MAXBC locations (which straddled
the IPN annulus).

This IPN annulus is tabulated below along the segment that intersects
a combination of the BACODINE and Huntsville error circles.  The position
of maximum probability is marked.
