The "total width" of the annulus was selected to include all known uncertainties and systematics. The final analysis will reduce this width. SPECIAL NOTES: While this eventually became a strong GRB about 15sec later, BACODINE triggered on a very small peak which had a small count rate and hense the B_H_DELTA is very large. This kind of "flyer" location happens about once every 30-50 GRBs. This IPN annulus is tabulated below along the segment that intersects a combination of the BACODINE and Huntsville error circles.
