This IPN localization is preliminary.  The "total width" of the annulus
was selected to include all known uncertainties and systematics.  The final

SPECIAL NOTES:   This IPN localization is only 15 hours after the GRB!
Also note that there is no Huntsville location input into this notice,
so (1) some of the above fields are blank, and (2) there is no crosscheck
on the intersection of the BACODINE error circle with the IPN annulus.

This IPN annulus is tabulated below along the segment that intersects
a combination of the BACODINE and Huntsville error circles.  The position
of maximum probability is marked.
