This IPN localization is preliminary.  The "total width" of the annulus
was selected to include all known uncertainties and systematics. The final
analysis will reduce this width.  All follow-up queries should be addressed to

SPECIAL NOTES:   There was no immediate BACODINE notice for this GRB.
This trigger (#3480) occured during the on-board memory readout of the
previous trigger (#3479) and currently BACODINE does not have the ability
to capture triggers during the readout of other triggers (but I'm working
on it).  There was only a MAXBC notice (at T+10 min).  The BACO_RA/DEC listed
above are from the MAXBC notice.

This IPN annulus is tabulated below along the segment that intersects
a combination of the BACODINE and Huntsville error circles.  The position
of maximum probability is marked.
