Using the data set from T-120 to T+182 sec from the recent telemetry downlink,
we report that Swift-BAT trigger #255685 (Palmer, et al, 6011) is not a GRB.
It was caused by a cosmic ray shower in the spacecraft.  All 71 events occurred
in a single 100-microsec interval.
