TITLE: GCN CIRCULAR NUMBER: 33041 SUBJECT: GRB 221211A: Fermi GBM Final Real-time Localization DATE: 22/12/11 06:45:18 GMT FROM: Fermi GBM Team at MSFC/Fermi-GBM The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB At 06:34:53 UT on 11 Dec 2022, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 221211A (trigger 692433298.712892 / 221211274). The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 160.9, Dec = 52.2 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 10h 43m, 52d 12'), with a statistical uncertainty of 4.7 degrees. The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 79.0 degrees.
