Sergienko (Blagoveschensk Educational State University) MASTER-Tunka robotic telescope (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L) located in Russia (Applied Physics Institute, Irkutsk State University) was pointed to the IceCube Alert 201014.09 (trigger No 66310113,14h 41m 31.68s , +14d 25m 01.2s, R=0.68) errorbox 1 days 33013 sec after notice time and 1 days 33079 sec after trigger time at 2020-10-15 11:24:46 UT, with upper limit up to 16.8 mag. Observations started at twilight. The observations began at zenith distance = 71 deg. The sun altitude is -11.8 deg. The galactic latitude b = 61 deg., longitude l = 12 deg.
