Sergienko (Blagoveschensk Educational State University) MASTER-Amur robotic telescope (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L) located in Russia (Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University) was pointed to the IceCube Alert 191231.46 (03h 13m 05.45s , +18d 42m 26.3s, R=0.6341) errorbox 16 sec after notice time and 73 sec after trigger time at 2019-12-31 11:01:19 UT, with upper limit up to 18.5 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 34 deg. The sun altitude is -31.4 deg. The galactic latitude b = -32 deg., longitude l = 164 deg.
