Sergienko (Blagoveschensk Educational State University) MASTER-Tunka robotic telescope (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L) located in Russia (Applied Physics Institute, Irkutsk State University) started inspect of the Fermi GRB191104.45 (trigger No 594557071,19h 17m 07.200s , +21d 43m 12.00s, R=2.84) errorbox 22 sec after trigger time at 2019-11-04 10:44:48 UT, with upper limit up to 17.9 mag. Observations started at twilight. The observations began at zenith distance = 28 deg. The sun altitude is -10.9 deg. The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.
