TITLE: GCN CIRCULAR NUMBER: 25489 SUBJECT: GRB 190827A: Fermi GBM Final Real-time Localization DATE: 19/08/27 11:23:01 GMT FROM: Fermi GBM Team at MSFC/Fermi-GBM The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB At 11:12:48 UT on 27 Aug 2019, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 190827A (trigger 588597173.546288 / 190827467). The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 175.8, Dec = 46.5 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 11h 43m, 46d 30'), with a statistical uncertainty of 1.0 degrees. The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 6.0 degrees.
