TITLE: GCN CIRCULAR NUMBER: 25240 SUBJECT: GRB 190731A: Fermi GBM Final Real-time Localization DATE: 19/07/31 22:49:31 GMT FROM: Fermi GBM Team at MSFC/Fermi-GBM The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB At 22:38:20 UT on 31 Jul 2019, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 190731A (trigger 586305505.368608 / 190731943). The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 342.8, Dec = -73.9 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 22h 51m, -73d 54'), with a statistical uncertainty of 1.0 degrees. The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 43.0 degrees.
