M. Stanbro (UAH) reports on behalf of the Fermi GBM Team:

"The Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) trigger 501779084/161125628
at 15:04:40.25 UT on 25 November 2016, tentatively classified as a GRB,
is in fact not due to a GRB. This trigger is due to a local particle event."
