David Gruber (MPE) reports on behalf of the Fermi GBM Team: 

"The Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) trigger 321944155 (110316205) 
at 04:55:53.25 UT on 16 March 2011, tentatively classified as a GRB, 
is in fact not due to a GRB. This trigger is due to a particle event 
exiting the South Atlantic Anomaly."
