The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 199.4, Dec = -0.3 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 13h 17m, 0d 18'), with a statistical uncertainty of 2.6 degrees. The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 72.0 degrees. The best-fit position (1 sigma statistical errors) is: RA(2000.0) = 203.7+/-1.8 deg Decl.(2000.0) = -2.4+/-1.7 deg We estimate an additional systematic error of 2 deg. Vadawale (PRL) report on behalf of the AstroSat CZTI collaboration: Analysis of AstroSat CZTI data showed the detection of a GRB 200114A, which was also detected by Fermi GBM Final Real-time Localization (GCN #26735), BALROG localization (Kunzweiler F. et al., GCN #26736) and Global MASTER-Net (Lipunov V. et al., GCN #26737). The source was clearly detected in the 40-200 keV energy range. The light curve showed multiple peaks of emission with the strongest peak at 2020-01-14 03:40:45.0 UT. The measured peak count rate associated with the burst is 267 cts/s above the background in the combined data of four quadrants, with a total of 2222 cts. The local mean background count rate was 487 cts/s. Using cumulative rates, we measure a T90 of 38.4 s. It was also clearly detected in the CsI anticoincidence (Veto) detector in the 100-500 keV energy range. CZTI GRB detections are reported regularly on the payload site at http://astrosat.iucaa.in/czti/?q=grb. CZTI is built by a TIFR-led consortium of institutes across India, including VSSC, ISAC, IUCAA, SAC and PRL. Lee (UNAM), and Tanner Wolfram (ASU), Simone Dichiara (GSFC/UMD) report: We observed the field of GRB 200114A detected by Fermi/GBM and AstroSat CZTI (Fermi GBM Team, GCN Circ. 26735; Gaikwad et al., GCN Circ. 26746), with the DDOTI/OAN wide-field imager at the Observatorio Astronómico Nacional on Sierra San Pedro Martir (http://ddoti.astroscu.unam.mx) from 2020-01-14 09:27 to 2020-01-14 13:18 UTC (5.78 to 9.63 hours after the event). We observed a region of 13.6 degrees in RA by 10.2 degrees in declination centered on the peak of the Fermi GBM on-ground localization at 13:17:31 -00:19:12 J2000 (Fermi GBM Team, GCN Circ. 26735). This region contains about 140 square degrees. We obtained about 30 to 36 minutes total exposure across the region. We calibrated our images against the APASS catalog. Our 10-sigma limiting magnitude are typically between w = 18.70 and w = 18.80. We found only one source with significant fading above our 10-sigma limit. This source is at 12:55:26.84 -00:21:23.8 J2000 and fades from w = 17.0 to w = 19.5 during our observations. However, the Pan-STARRS DR1 shows a 19 mag star at the source position, which rules it out as a GRB optical counterpart. Comparing to the USNO-B1 and Pan-STARRS DR1 catalogs, we detected no uncatalogued sources to our 10-sigma limit. Zhang (IHEP), report on behalf of the Insight-HXMT team: At 2020-01-14T03:40:45.50 (T0), Insight-HXMT/HE detected GRB 200114A (trigger ID: HEB200114153) in a routine search of the data, which also triggered Fermi/GBM (GCN #26735). The Insight-HXMT/HE light curve mainly consists of multiple pulses with a duration (T90) of 30.02 s measured from T0-2.72 s. The 1-ms peak rate, measured from T0-0.57 s, is 1112 cnts/sec. The total counts from this burst is 6070 counts. Only gamma-rays with energy greater than about 200 keV can penetrate the spacecraft and leave signals in the CsI detectors installed inside of the telescope.
