COMMENTS:        This current trigger is the result of a TOO observation resulting from ground-processing discovery.  
COMMENTS:        See ATEL #546.  
COMMENTS:        This IS a hard x-ray transient; NOT a GRB, and NOT a cosmic ray hit; pay no attention  
COMMENTS:        to the overly simplistic flight s/w and the automated ground s/w  
COMMENTS:        that mis-identified this object as both of those things.
