This IPN localization is preliminary.  The "total width" of the annulus
was selected to include all known uncertainties and systematics.  The final
analysis will reduce this width.  All follow-up queries should be addressed to

SPECIAL NOTES:  This is the final notice which updates the original notice
issued 05 JUl 95.  The adjustment comes from now having access to the
high time resolution Huntsville light curve.  There was no significant
change in the annulus location.

This IPN annulus is tabulated below along the segment that intersects
a combination of the BACODINE and Huntsville error circles.  The position
of maximum probability is marked.
