This IPN localization is preliminary.  The "total width" of the annulus
was selected to include all known uncertainties and systematics.  The final

SPECIAL NOTES:   This was originally classified as a Cygnus X-1 fluctuation
by the Huntsville team, but was later changed to a real GRB.

of maximum probability is marked.
