This IPN localization is preliminary.  The "total width" of the annulus
was selected to include all known uncertainties and systematics.  The final

SPECIAL NOTES:   This GRB trigger occurred during a telelemtry gap so there
is no original BACODINE notice.  The BACODINE fields above are filled using
the BACODINE MAXBC data & calculations.

This IPN annulus is tabulated below along the segment that intersects
a combination of the BACODINE and Huntsville error circles.  The position
of maximum probability is marked.
