Attached below is the 6th in a series of a new capability of BACODINE.
BACODINE is distributing the GRB localizations determined by the Interplanetary
Network (IPN).  Kevin Hurley is the PI for the IPN operation.

I have implimented the suggestions people made on the first BACO/IPN notice.
Please feel free to continue to make comments/suggestions about the format and
content.  See the previous notices for the detailed explanation of the format
and contents.

This IPN localization is preliminary.  The "total width" of the annulus
was selected to include all known uncertainties and systematics.  The final
analysis will reduce this width.  All follow-up queries should be addressed to

This IPN annulus is tabulated below along the segment that intersects
a combination of the BACODINE and Huntsville error circles.  The position
of maximum probability is marked.
