TITLE: GCN CIRCULAR NUMBER: 33247 SUBJECT: GRB 230201B: Fermi GBM Final Real-time Localization DATE: 23/02/01 20:07:10 GMT FROM: Fermi GBM Team at MSFC/Fermi-GBM The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB At 19:56:48 UT on 1 Feb 2023, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 230201B (trigger 696974213.104426 / 230201831). The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 27.4, Dec = 16.5 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 01h 49m, 16d 30'), with a statistical uncertainty of 2.2 degrees. The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 49.0 degrees.
