Gabovich, V.Yurkov (Blagoveschensk Educational State University) MASTER-Kislovodsk robotic telescope (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L) located in Russia (Lomonosov MSU, Kislovodsk Solar Station of Pulkovo observatory) was pointed to the Swift GRB221016.99 (trigger No 1129775,02h 35m 47.76s , -34d 37m 26.4s, R=0.05) errorbox 6 sec after notice time and 26 sec after trigger time at 2022-10-16 23:39:51 UT, with upper limit up to 14.0 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 80 deg. The sun altitude is -40.8 deg. The galactic latitude b = -66 deg., longitude l = 237 deg.
