MASTER-Kislovodsk robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Lomonosov MSU, Kislovodsk Solar Station of Pulkovo observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB211224.15 (trigger No 662010159,19h 39m 36.00s , +23d 01m 12.0s, R=1) errorbox  39735 sec after notice time and 39765 sec after trigger time at 2021-12-24 14:45:19 UT, with upper limit up to  15.2 mag. Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenith distance = 54 deg. The sun  altitude  is -11.4 deg. 

The galactic latitude b =  0 deg., longitude l = 59 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
