Boer, J-F Olive, and J-P Dezalay, on behalf of the HETE GRB team, and A. von Kienlin, G. Lichti, and A. Rau, on behalf of the INTEGRAL SPI-ACS GRB team, report: This 15 s long burst was observed by Mars Odyssey (HEND), Konus-Wind, HETE-FREGATE (H2804), and INTEGRAL (SPI-ACS) at 11172 s. We have triangulated it to an annulus centered at RA, Decl (2000) = 342.999, -14.452 degrees, whose radius is 42.983 +/- 0.090 degrees (3 sigma). This annulus may be constrained and/or improved, but as this event was not observed by Ulysses due to a DSN antenna problem, a small error box cannot be obtained for it.
