MASTER-SAAO  robotic telescope (MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru) 
pointed to the FERMI GBM trigger 496473540 (GRB160925A ) at 2016-09-25
2016-09-25 18:00:46 UT and automatically started inspection (there was a 
day at the trigger time 05:18:56.45UT).

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at
(RA, Dec) = 22h 28m 17.90s -14d 56m 57.4s
on 2016-09-25.75053 UT with  unfiltered magnitude m_OT=15.9m (mlim=19.7m), 
Bmag=15.3, Imag=15.9 (Gress et al. ATEL #9548).

There is no any known sources inside 5" in VIZIER database, it gives 
amplitude of current outburst more then 6mag.
