The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 356.9, Dec = -80.1 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 23h 47m, -80d 05'), with a statistical uncertainty of 8.3 degrees. The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 61.0 degrees. Tohuvavohu (U Toronto) report on behalf of the Neil Gehrels Swift Observatory Team: At 19:26:28 UT, the Swift Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) triggered and located GRB 200107B (trigger=948219). Swift did not slew immediately due to an observing constraint. The BAT on-board calculated location is RA, Dec 107.066, -83.716 which is RA(J2000) = 07h 08m 16s Dec(J2000) = -83d 42' 56" with an uncertainty of 3 arcmin (radius, 90% containment, including systematic uncertainty). The BAT light curve showed a multi-peaked structure with a duration of about 80 sec. The peak count rate was ~1700 counts/sec (15-350 keV), at ~35 sec after the trigger. The XRT began observing the field at 19:41:27.6 UT, 899.0 seconds after the BAT trigger. Using promptly downlinked data we find an uncatalogued X-ray source located at RA, Dec 106.92567, -83.7189 which is equivalent to: RA(J2000) = 07h 07m 42.16s Dec(J2000) = -83d 43' 08.0" with an uncertainty of 21.3 arcseconds (radius, 90% containment). This location is 56 arcseconds from the BAT onboard position, within the BAT error circle. This position may be improved as more data are received; the latest position is available at https://www.swift.ac.uk/sper. We cannot determine whether the source is fading at the present time. A power-law fit to a spectrum formed from promptly downlinked event data gives a column density consistent with the Galactic value of 1.49 x 10^21 cm^-2 (Willingale et al. 2013). UVOT took a finding chart exposure of 150 seconds with the White filter starting 902 seconds after the BAT trigger. No credible afterglow candidate has been found in the initial data products. The 2.7'x2.7' sub-image processing FAILED because of no aspect solution. Results from the list of sources generated on-board are not available at this time. No correction has been made for the expected extinction corresponding to E(B-V) of 0.19. The "B" burst name is based on the Fermi/GBM detection circular of this burst (GCN Circ. 26659). Ukwatta (LANL) (i.e. the Swift-BAT team): Using the data set from T-240 to T+962 sec from the recent telemetry downlink, we report further analysis of BAT GRB 200107B (trigger #948219) (M. G. Bernardini et al., GCN Circ. 26661). The BAT ground-calculated position is RA, Dec = 107.067, -83.716 deg which is RA(J2000) = 07h 08m 16.0s Dec(J2000) = -83d 42' 56.5" with an uncertainty of 1.2 arcmin, (radius, sys+stat, 90% containment). The partial coding was 78%. The mask weighted light curve shows complex multi-peak structures with a duration of ~100 s. The overall structure starts at ~T-40 s and lasts till ~T+80s. T90 (15-350 keV) is 86.68 +- 11.64 sec (estimated error including systematics). The time-averaged spectrum from T-29.86 to T+77.04 sec is best fit by a simple power-law model. The power law index of the time-averaged spectrum is 1.41 +- 0.10. The fluence in the 15-150 keV band is 3.0 +- 0.2 x 10^-06 erg/cm2. The 1-sec peak photon flux measured from T+36.09 sec in the 15-150 keV band is 1.9 +- 0.2 ph/cm2/sec. All the quoted errors are at the 90% confidence level. Meegan (UAH) report on behalf of the Fermi GBM Team: "At 19:26:22.81 UT on 07 January 2020, the Fermi Gamma-Ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 200107B (trigger 600117987 / 200107810), which was also detected by the Swift/BAT (Bernardini et al. 2020, GCN 26661). The GBM on-ground location is consistent with the Swift position. The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight at the GBM trigger time is 47 degrees. The GBM light curve shows a complex, multi-peaked structure with a duration (T90) of about 81 s (50-300 keV). The time-averaged spectrum from T0+4 s to T0+44 s is best fit by a power law function with an exponential high-energy cutoff. The power law index is -1.1 +/- 0.1 and the cutoff energy, parameterized as Epeak, is 412 +/- 138 keV. The event fluence (10-1000 keV) in this time interval is (1.29 +/- 0.15)E-05 erg/cm^2. The 1-sec peak photon flux measured starting from T0+41.0 s in the 10-1000 keV band is 3.3 +/- 0.3 ph/s/cm^2. Bernardini (INAF-OAB) report on behalf of the Swift-XRT team: We have analysed 3.4 ks of XRT data for GRB 200107B (Bernardini et al. GCN Circ. 26661), from 908 s to 139.6 ks after the BAT trigger. The data are entirely in Photon Counting (PC) mode. The refined XRT position is RA, Dec = 106.9086, -83.7162 which is equivalent to: RA (J2000): 07 07 38.07 Dec(J2000): -83 42 58.3 with an uncertainty of 4.0 arcsec (radius, 90% confidence). The light curve can be modelled with a power-law decay with a decay index of alpha=1.0 (+0.3, -0.4). A spectrum formed from the PC mode data can be fitted with an absorbed power-law with a photon spectral index of 1.9 (+0.5, -0.4). The best-fitting absorption column is 2.8 (+2.4, -1.3) x 10^21 cm^-2, consistent with the Galactic value of 1.5 x 10^21 cm^-2 (Willingale et al. 2013). The counts to observed (unabsorbed) 0.3-10 keV flux conversion factor deduced from this spectrum is 3.9 x 10^-11 (5.4 x 10^-11) erg cm^-2 count^-1. Some of the exposures are affected by poor attitude control, but we have selected observing times for which this is not a significant issue. A source consistent with the position of the optical source reported by Lipunov (GCN Circ. 26660) is weakly detected (2.6 sigma) in the initial UVOT exposure. The preliminary detection and 3-sigma upper limits using the UVOT photometric system (Breeveld et al. 2011, AIP Conf.
