"The Watcher 0.4m telescope, located in Boyden Observatory, 
South Africa, observed the SWIFT error box for GRB 060607B 
(Krimm et al. GCN 5244, Barbier et al GCN 5246). 

The observation started at 03:27:40 UT (~4h after the GRB). 
A limiting R-band calibrated, unfiltered magnitude of 18.5 
is derived for any optical afteglow emission arising from 
this particular GRB.
