Suarez-Andres The Instituto de Astrofisica de Canarias MASTER II robotic telescope (MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru) located in OAFA was pointed to the GRB170311A 18 sec after notice time and 59 sec after trigger time (Cummings et al., GCN 20846) at 2017-03-11 08:09:45 UT. On our first (10s exposure) set we haven`t found optical transient within SWIFT error-box (ra=280.562 dec=-30.0628 r=0.05). The 5-sigma upper limit has been about 16.2 mag The observations made on zenit distance = 49 degrees, galaxy latitude b = -12 degree. The moon (98 % bright part) is 15 degrees above the horizon. The distance between moon and object is 124 The sun altitude is -30.1 degree. The object can be observed till sunrise at 2017-03-11 10:34:12 The message may be cited.
