report on behalf of larger GRB follow-up collaboration:

We observed the field of GRB 140709B (Swenson et al., GCN 16551) with ORI-40 
telescope of Khureltogot observatory starting on
Jul., 09 (UT) 15:31:51. In the first unfiltered images of 60 s exposure we 
do not detect any object in the enhanced XRT error circle  (Goad et al., GCN 
16556) down to 17.7m in each separate image. The photometry is based on 
nearby USNO-B1.0 stars.
