Popov Ural Federal University, Yekaterinburg, Kourovka Hugo Levato and Carlos Saffe Instituto de Ciencias Astronomicas, de la Tierra y del Espacio (ICATE) Claudio Mallamaci, Carlos Lopez and Federico Podest Observatorio Astronomico Felix Aguilar (OAFA) MASTER II robotic telescope (MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru) located in Kislovodsk was pointed to the GRB131128.63 12 sec after notice time and 315 sec after GRB time at 2013-11-28 15:11:39.707 UT. On our first (60s exposure) set we haven`t found optical transient within XRT SWIFT error-box. There is bright star near XRT position USNO-A2.0 1200-19996598 R_mag ~ 12. The 5-sigma upper limit has been about 17.1 mag. We do not see OT at the Nanshan afterglow candidate position (Xu et al., GCN15535). The message may be cited.
