Podest Observatorio Astronomico Felix Aguilar (OAFA) MASTER II robotic telescope (MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru) located in Kislovodsk was pointed to the GRB131030A 50 min (3000s) after GRB time at 2013-10-30 21-46-10.273 UT. On our first (180 sec) images we found optical transient within SWIFT error-box (E. Troja et. al GCN15402). The unfiltred magnitude is 16.5; The 5-sigma upper limit has been about 19.0 mag. So long pointing time was due to with daily power cut on the observatory. The message may be cited.
