Suarez-Andres The Instituto de Astrofisica de Canarias MASTER OT J032252.81-482912.8 discovery MASTER-SAAO robotic telescope (MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru) located in SAAO was starting survey on the FERMI GRB161119.63 error-box (ra=03 08 45 dec=-47 12 35 r=3.27) 8795 sec after notice time and 11978 sec after trigger time at 2016-11-19 18:30:45 UT. The 5-sigma upper limit on our first (60s exposure) set is about 18.9 mag During inspection of Fermi trigger 501261070 ( RaDec=47.190;-47.210, GRB_ERROR=3.27deg, GRB_TIME=2016/11/19 15:11:06.40UT http://gcn.gsfc.nasa.gov/other/501261070.fermi , at alert time the GRB_altitude= MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 03h 22m 52.70s -48d 29m 10.9s on 2016-11-19 21:17:17.878UT with unfiltered m_OT=17.8 (mlim=19.7). This OT is seen on 6 sequential images ( 180s expositions), from 2016-11-19 21:07:11 to 2016-11-19 21:20:34 with m_lim=19.8 on single and 20.7 on summary images with m_OT=17.8 There is no OT on 2016-11-18 21:14:00UT with unfiltered mlim=20.3 and on 2016-11-20 22:48:44UT with mlim=19.8 There is no any sources in VIZIER database outside. Spectral observations are required. The discovery and reference images are available at: http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/032252.81-482912.8.png The observations made on zenit distance = 40 degrees, galaxy latitude b = -56 degree. The moon (67 % bright part) below the horizon (The altitude of the Moon is -44 degree ). Observations started at twilight. The sun altitude is -14.2 degree. The object can be observed till sunrise at 2016-11-20 03:24:39 The message may be cited.
