the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor Team:

“The Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) trigger 406601061 / 131120031
at 00:44:18.02 UT on 20 November 2013, tentatively classified as a GRB,
is in fact not due to a GRB. This trigger is due to local particles."
