Distribution Methods and Filtering Information by Notice Types

This table contains all the distribution format and filtering capabilities for all the Notice Types within GCN/TAN.
There is a row for each notice type.
The columns are grouped into subsets of information:

The 4 left-most columns (NUMBER, NAME, STATUS, KIND) are the:

Num: the number of the notice type,

Type Name: the name of the notice type,

Status: indicates if this notice type is currently:
       ACTIVE (ie being produced),
       defunct (ie discontinued),
never was (or will be) produced by the Instrument Team (ie an idea that never came to fruition), or
in-work is currently being developed/implemented within GCN or the Mision/Instrument Team.
There are 2 variation on "ACTIVE": (a) "T-Only" which means it is not available to the public, only to the approrpriate Instrument Team, and (b) Private which means it is available to recipients who have been authorized by the originating Team.

Ext-vs-Int: is this notice type available to the world (External) or only used Internally within the GCN/TAN program;
(for this public webpage display, the Internal packet types have been surpressed).

The next column (P) indicates the "position content" of the notice:
0:  No RA,Dec location information in this notice type,
1:  the RA,Dec fields contain the location of a GRB or Transient,
2:  the RA,Dec fields contain the bore-sight pointing location of the instrument/spacecraft.

The next 10 columns (Distibution Methods) show which distribution methods/formats are available for that Notice Type.
       S:  binary packet socket,
       x:  XML VOEvent packet socket,
       E:  full-format Email method,
L:  full-format Email method (the format is the same as 'E', only the spawning of the email is handled differently),
       C:  Cellphone/pager format email method,
s:  Shorter cellphone/pager format email method,
       s:  Subject-line-only Cellphone/pager format email method,
       s:  Subject-line-only Cellphone/pager HH:MM:SS DD:mm:ss format email method,
       X:  XML VOEevent email format/method.
w:  webpage archive method (this is "pull on demand").
For these 10 columns, a '1' means that method/format is available for that Notice Type (a '0' means not available).

The next 6 columns (Type-specific Filters) show which Filtering functions are available for that Notice Type.
T:  Trigger_ID: Is the source object for this trigger really what the Type name indicates.
I:  Intensity: Is the intensity of the detection above the threshold. Caution, the units and dynamic range are very type-specific.
S:  Significance (signal to noise ratio [sigma]).
E:  Error (size of location uncertainty).
D:  Delay (time since detection observation).
C:  Confidence of the identification (eg how confidence are we that this BAT_POS trigger for a real GRB? or something else?").
For these 6 columns, a '1' means that filtering function is available for that Notice Type (a '0' means not available).

The next 7 columns (Attachments) show which attachment formats (if any) are available for each Notice Type.
       T:  Text (plain text).
       p:  PS.
       P:  PDF.
       G:  GIF.
       J:  JPEG.
       F:  FITS.
       X:  XML, VOevent format.

The column (SN) shows if Simbad/NED (SN) search notices are available for that Notice Type.
For this column, a '1' means that Simbad/NED search is available for that Notice Type (a '0' means not available).

The last column (MISC) lists miscelaneous extra information/comments on that Notice Type.
