This table contains information about GRBs Counterparts detected by the various intruments and telescopes. The most recent Notice is listed first (reverse time order).
The 3 left-most columns (GRB) are the Trigger Number, the Date (yy/mm/dd) and the Time (hh:mm:ss.ss) of the start of the GRB/Transient. Note that because the MILAGRO operation resets their trigger_number counter every so often, the trig_num link files can sometimes contain Notices from multiple events. The automated processing that builds this table is not sophisticated enough to separate these different events into different files (it keys only off the trigger_number).
The next 5 columns (Observation) come from the results of the various observations and analyses by the detecting-instrument. These columns contain: the RA,Dec (J2000) location of the GRB, the error (arcmin diameter, systematic+statistical) uncertainty in that location, the Intensity of the event (band-dependant units), Comments. If a column's information is not available or is not applicable, then that entry is listed as "n/a" (or just empty).
