Procedure:
0) Items with a red asterisk are required fields.
1) Enter information about your site.
2) Fill in all the global filter function values.
3) Check all the Notice types you want to receive and their type-specific filtering values (empty boxes will default to Global value).
4) Hit the "Submit" button (at bottom of page). (This will email me a preformated sites.cfg-file entry for you and I will install it.)
